Hi Everyone,
I posted a video on the Toronto Condo Market Before and After the Corona Announcement on March 16, 2020.
Not what I was expecting when I looked at these areas but it was insightful and looking like the GTA condo market is still going strong.
Contact me if you need more info and if your looking to buy and sell soon.
Thanks, John

Hi,
It has been awhile since my last blog and we are in the midst of a Federal Election, it would be nice to know where the top 4 parties stand on the housing plan.
Everybody knows that Toronto is not only one of the most expensive cities to live in, but one of the most popular cities to live in. It is a popular spot for everything, from newly immigrated families to young adults from all over the country. If you already live in Toronto or have even visited Toronto before, you know how crowded everything is. There's almost always traffic no matter the time of day, sidewalks are always packed with people, and it is pretty much impossible to get anywhere without running into some sort of delay.
Toronto has been known to have expensive rent and it has continually been rising over the past couple of years. Spending so much on rent not only affects people's abilities to save for down payments, but it also cuts into their funds that they have saved for other things.
Depends on whether you are a Seller or Buyer or both, one would have differnt opinion on how the market is nowadays. Also depends on where you live and where your property is located, one would also have diverse perspective on the real estate market now. One of the ways to evaluate the market is using MONTHS OF INVENTORY (MOI).
